Explore the employers on Steve’s Jobs

Discover roles across retail, hospitality, fitness and more—including Third Space—and learn how to search for employers that interest you.

There are plenty of different ways to start working—and plenty of employers worth getting to know. Steve’s Jobs brings together opportunities across retail, hospitality, fitness, finance, engineering and more, so you can explore what might suit you.

Retail includes customer-facing roles with employers such as Marks & Spencer, Selfridges and Hotel Chocolat. Seasonal jobs can offer a chance to earn over Christmas, build confidence and gain experience in a busy team.

Hospitality covers cafés, restaurants, pubs and cinemas. You’ll find names such as GAIL’s, itsu, Blank Street, Everyman and Vue. Some roles welcome people without previous experience and provide training; others ask for existing skills. Each listing helps you see the difference.

Fitness and leisure is another area worth exploring. Working at a health club can mean reception, member service, housekeeping and other roles beyond personal training.

Third Space is an employer I’m particularly pleased to feature. I have personal experience of them, know people who work there and appreciate what a great employer they are. The site currently includes opportunities in reception and housekeeping—useful examples of the different ways you can join a club’s team.

There are also apprenticeships in areas such as law, insurance, recruitment, childcare and IT, alongside graduate jobs in engineering, banking and other professional fields. These routes have different entry requirements, so take time to read the details.

You can search by employer

If a particular company interests you, type its name into the search box. Try Third Space, Selfridges, Arup or itsu to find their listings. You can also search for a role or postcode, then narrow things down by location or the category boxes.

Finding work is partly about discovering where you’d like to work. Browse the employers, save the roles that catch your eye and follow the Apply link to read the original advert.
