Christmas Customer Assistant — Operations — Chiswick

Support deliveries, stock movement and behind-the-scenes store operations at M&S Chiswick. Help keep the shop floor ready for customers during a temporary Christmas contract.

Pay

£14.74 / hour + £3.00 / hour unsocial premium only for hours worked 22:00–06:00

Hours

Monday and Tuesday 12:00–20:00; Friday and Saturday 15:00–23:00. May be asked to work up to full-time hours in weeks commencing 13 and 20 December.

Start

Temporary contract ending 26 December 2026; start date not stated.

Experience

Store operations role; no formal qualification or explicit previous-experience requirement stated. Buddy mentorship described.

Requirements

Age 18+ explicitly required for late-night work. Physically demanding stock and delivery tasks; digital confidence, pace, accuracy, teamwork and flexibility across the store. Available for advertised shifts and possible additional December hours. Unsocial premium applies only between 22:00 and 06:00.
