IT Support Apprentice

Join the day-to-day IT support team at Executive Channel Network. Help colleagues with devices, Microsoft 365 accounts and meeting-room equipment while studying for a Level 3 qualification. Previous work experience is not required.

£18,000–£22,000 / year; headline £18,000

Hours

37.5 hours a week; Monday–Friday 09:00–17:30.

Requirements

3 GCSEs/equivalents at grade 4+ in any subject, plus English and Maths grade 4/C+. Interest in technology, logical problem solving and ability to explain technical issues clearly. UK right to work and apprenticeship eligibility required. No minimum age stated.
